Mike Thibodeau, Special to the Post The Essex Region Conservation Authority (ERCA) wasn’t asking for much but it was a price Leamington council doesn’t want to pay. Last week council, by a 5-1 vote rejected a levy increase sought by the conservation authority for its 2012 budget.
